Gaurav Gera further joked with Kamiya and said, “If you want, I can add salt to your tea,” to which she replied, “I don’t mind trying, actually. Have you ever tried?” She then also asked if there was actual salt in the tea in the film Dhurandhar. To which he replied, “No, there wasn’t. There wasn’t. But, actually, my mom says when you have a sore throat, people drink salty tea.”

The duo further discussed how people actually drink tea and how it is a famous tea in Kashmir, called ‘Noon tea’. Gaurav further stated, “Actually, in Sindhi, salt is called ‘loong’. So, we call it loong. Because Sindhi and where I come from are very close.”

Gaurav Gera On Dhurandhar Success

When asked whether Dhurandhar has been the best part of his career so far, Gaurav said, “See, it is definitely the biggest, and it is how I wanted it. There have been highs in my life. Like, Jassi changed things for me, Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahi. Then, Chutki Shoppkeeper changed things for me. A different platform, but films is another, I feel, another platform.”
