We are back with another episode of ‘Atithi Devo Bhava’, and this time it was all about exploring the streets of Vrindavan. Our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani, invited Brazil Ambassador, H.E. Mr Kenneth Felix Haczynski, to show him the beauty of India, especially the ‘Krishnagari’, Vrindavan. During the episode, both of them tried various famous activities of Vrindavan, from wearing a dhoti to churning the Makhan. Read on to know more about their experience.

Inside Brazil Ambassador & Kamiya Jani’s Vrindavan Trip

In an Atithi Devo Bhava episode, Kamiya Jani and the Brazilian Ambassador indulged in a fun tour around Vrindavan. The episode started with the ambassador changing his outfit to a traditional Dhoti, which is a famous outfit in Vrindavan and India. Followed by churning a fresh bowl of Makhan, a practice very famously associated with Lord Krishna. Not only this, but they also played a fun game of breaking the earthen pot with a coconut.

To make this game even more fun, Kamiya also challenged the ambassador to do it in one go to get the title of ‘True Brijwasi’, but if he fails to do so, he has to take Kamiya along with the entire crew to the Rio Carnival in Brazil. Well, we might have missed the chance to go to the Rio Carnival festival this year because the ambassador won fair and square.

Temple Hopping & E-Rickshaw Ride

Well, the fun part had just started as Kamiya and the ambassador then explored the city of Lord Krishna by travelling in an E-rickshaw. They then did a lot of temple hopping, which started with the famous ISKCON. Both Kamiya and the ambassador also did the ‘Aarti’ at the prestigious temple. The next stop was the Mathura Nath temple, where Kamiya told our guest about the history of the house and how it is 600 years old, to which the ambassador even joked, ‘That is older than Brazil.’
