On an exciting episode of Sunday Brunch, our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani, met with the beautiful wife of the CM of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis, Amruta Fadnavis, at the official residence of the Maharashtra CM called ‘Varsha.’ We learnt a great deal about the chief minister, but we also had the opportunity to learn about Amruta Fadnavis’s life, from her early years in Nagpur to her marriage to the chief minister, among many other things.

Amruta Fadnavis Spoke About Her Childhood In Nagpur

As a child, Amruta Fadnavis spent a significant part of her life in Nagpur, the daughter of doctor parents. Conventionally, most doctors’ children pursue the medical field as well. But that is not true in the case of Amruta Fadnavis. But what was the reason? She revealed that as a child, both of her parents had a clinic. And every time she used to visit them, the weird spirit smell that hospitals and clinics have used to really bother her, so much so that she got allergic to it. And that’s when she decided that she’s never going to become a doctor. However, her parents have always inspired her and how devoted they are, especially her mother, who was a gynaecologist, and emergency surgeries were the norm.
