2. Nashik, Maharashtra- Grape Capital Of India
Nashik is known to be the ‘grape capital’ of India. For the unaware, let us tell you, Nashik is a major grape-producing region and also contributes to the country’s raisin production. It’s also home to many vineyards that support India’s growing wine industry. Besides grapes, Nashik is known for producing pomegranates and guavas too.
3. Malda, West Bengal- Mango Capital Of India

Abohar in Punjab is known for being the ‘kinnow capital of India’, with its vast orchards full of this juicy citrus fruit. Kinnow is a hybrid between a mandarin and an orange and is widely consumed across the country. The dry climate and sandy soil of Abohar are perfect for growing kinnows. The region also grows guavas, pomegranates, and ‘ber’ in large quantities.

Arunachal Pradesh is known for producing around 80% of India’s kiwis, making it the leading kiwi-growing state in the country. 10. Kargil, Ladakh- Apricot Capital Of India
