Goli Soda Creates Waves In The Global Market
As per a report by The New Indian Express (TNIE), Goli Pop Soda an iconic household beverage in India has made a phenomenal comeback on the global stage. With a goal to innovate and reinvent to expand in global markets, the soda has seen increased demand abroad. India’s traditional soft drink has created waves in key international markets like the USA, UK, Gulf and Europe.
Goli Soda strategically partnered with Fair Exports and rebranded as Goli Pop Soda. The soda company then ensured steady deliveries to Lulu Hypermarket, the Middle East’s largest retail chain. This was revealed to TNIE by the commerce ministry’s arm Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA).
As per a statement by APEDA, the Goli Soda which was once an iconic staple made a comeback on the global stage with its innovative reinvention and strategic international expansion. Moreover, it added that the product made strong inroads in global markets following successful shipments to the Gulf, Europe, the UK and the USA.

The Fizzy Drink With A Marble Stopper Gets A Trendy New Look
Earlier, the Goli Soda fizzled out for a while due to the domination of multinational beverage companies. With significant efforts from India to support homegrown food and beverage products in global markets, Goli Pop Soda made a comeback and how! The traditional soft drink with a unique marble stopper is now being heavily exported.
The statement by APEDA further states that the soda’s innovative packaging with a unique pop opener and nostalgic fizzy burst is what makes it so special amongst Indian consumers. Thanks to its rebranding and repackaging, the drink is positioned to be an exciting and trendy product.
