IndiGo is one of the most preferred airlines for Indian customers. Be it travelling domestically or internationally, the airline connects different destinations making air journeys simpler and hassle-free. To improve and enhance its services, the airline recently announced the grand launch of IndiGo BluChip. Excited to know about IndiGo’s latest launch? Here’s everything you need to know about this brand-new loyalty program.
IndiGo BluChip Pre-Registrations Are Open
The airline is making significant additions to the existing features and amenities. Along with the grand announcement of starting Business Class, IndiGo also announced the introduction of IndiGo BluChip. This new loyalty program is a noteworthy decision in “the next phase of growth towards becoming a global aviation player,” the airline shared.
IndiGo wishes to recognise and reward the most frequent passengers and it is one of the primary reasons behind the launch of this program. Two of the biggest benefits of IndiGo BlueChip are loyal flyers receiving recognition and earning free flights on the IndiGo network in the fastest way. IndiGo BlueChip is all set to go live in September 2024. Ahead of that, the early bird pre-registration started on August 5.
The concepts behind IndiGo BlueChip are “easy-to-earn, easy-to-burn, real-time redemption, and lifetime validity.” This program will not expire for active customers.
More About Its Benefits
IndiGo BlueChip members will get exclusive benefits to improved travel experiences. They can also upgrade to higher loyalty tiers. One of the best aspects of this programme is its lifetime validity for active customers. This new programme will provide hassle-free redemption on all flights “up to the last seat available” throughout the year. IndiGo BluChips earned by one member can benefit five nominees. They can easily redeem this programme on flights.
Once the programme comes into action, customers selecting it will collect IndiGo BluChips on every flight journey with this airline. Passengers will get these while booking flight tickets on the official airline website and mobile app. “Review of tiers for upgrades will occur daily, as opposed to a fixed anniversary,” stated the airline in a press release.
