The experience of flying has altered significantly in recent years, and not in a positive manner. Indian airlines are falling short of expectations in terms of management, which is creating serious problems. IndiGo was involved in one such episode, which was undoubtedly unpleasant. A customer who was hurt after falling on the ramp during a flight from Delhi airport in August received an apology from IndiGo.
IndiGo’s Reply & Refund To The Passenger
IndiGo released a statement recently in which they apologised to this passenger for all the inconvenience caused during his flight from Chennai to Delhi in August. In their statement, they mentioned that the airline immediately provided support and medical attention.
They also checked the ramp, and it was dry and in perfect condition as many other passengers used it without any issue being mentioned by the airline. Additionally, they stated that they had offered the passenger a complete refund of the airline ticket, which he instantly accepted.
