IndiGo has announced the launch of direct flights connecting Mumbai to Almaty, Tashkent, and Tbilisi. The airline will begin operations to these Central Asian cities in July and August 2025. IndiGo Adds Direct Flights, Expands Its Central Asia Network
IndiGo will launch direct flights from Mumbai to Almaty starting July 1, 2025, followed by Tashkent on August 1 and Tbilisi on August 2. These services will operate four times a week to Almaty and Tashkent, and three times a week to Tbilisi. The addition of these routes complements IndiGo’s previous expansion into Central Asia, which began with similar flights from Delhi in 2023. This further extends the airline’s reach and opens up Mumbai as a key departure hub for Central Asian travel. Frequent flyers and corporate travellers can now access these regions without relying on layovers or connecting flights.
