The ‘Chocolate Garden’ dessert served in one of UAE’s most luxurious hotels- the Chedi Al Bait is a treat to the eye and the taste buds. The dessert is made of 12 edible ingredients, making this a table of choco haven.
As the name suggests, the Chocolate Garden is made to imitate a picture of a garden and hence consists of 12 ingredients. It takes 48 hours to prepare this dessert and 15 minutes to plate it.

So, what are the 12 ingredients that go in? Well, the desserts is a treat to chocolate lovers as it consists of chocolate stones, chocolate pebbles of three flavors- hazelnut, coffee and caramel, red and white mushroom made of Morang, a special in-house pistachio powder, chocolate soil, chocolate sphere and finally garnished with fresh, green herbs.
Besides, there’s also a mini chocolate dome in the centre which plays a major role in creating a gastronomical experience. The dome is made of vanilla ice cream with 33% white chocolate, caramelia ice cream, with 36% caramelia chocolate, 70% dark chocolate mousse, and pailette feuillantine with red and white mushrooms.

The dessert is then finished off with liquid nitrogen for presentation. The Chocolate Garden can be shared among 4-6 people. But, don’t worry as they also have a mini version that can be shared between 2 people.
