IRCTC launched India’s first luxurious saloon coaches that is open to the public and will charter across India.

What Is It?

The luxury coaches with attached bathroom and air-conditioned rooms are available for charter to the common man in India. The cost of this saloon coach is around 2 lakh according to IRCTC.

What’s In It?

The coaches will include air-conditioned rooms, attached bathrooms and even valet services. The train with India’s first luxury coach saloon first departed from the Old Delhi Railway Station. The luxurious coaches have been specifically designed for long-distance travel routes and to be able to reach places that are in remote locations of the country.
