Travelling can be quite hectic as it is. It becomes worse when things go awry. Mishandling of luggage is one of the most common things to happen. It can be very frustrating and can put a damper on your vacation. Recently, a millionaire web developer created a website that live-tracked airlines and how they handle luggage. He was motivated to do so after his girlfriend’s luggage was lost by Vueling Airlines, a Spanish carrier. Air India is currently at the top of the list.
Website Ranks Airlines Based On Their Luggage Handling
So Vueling lost gf’s suitcase from Lisbon to Barcelona like 7 days ago, then we flew on to Austin so they sent the suitcase to Austin already 4 days ago
It’s at Austin airport, Airtag sees it, we also in Austin, they say they will send it to the hotel already for 4 days, but… https://t.co/qxK7QZI2L4

Pieter Levels recently took to X (formerly known as Twitter) and shared the woes that he and his girlfriend have had to go through. The airline with which they were travelling, Vueling Airlines – a Spanish carrier owned by Qatar Airways – lost their luggage.
He said that the airline lost his girlfriend’s luggage when they were travelling from Lisbon to Barcelona. As per his post, they had geotagged the luggage so they could see that it was at the Barcelona airport. However, the airline said that they lost it and said that they would send it to their hotel.
However, they did not. They then flew to Austin and the luggage was subsequently sent there. Owing to the geotag, they could see that the luggage was in Austin at the same time as them. However, the airline again said that they would send the luggage to them. Four days later, they still hadn’t done so.
