The team enjoyed a lovely Sunday Brunch with Editor-in-Chief Kamiya Jani. The episode gave us numerous fun anecdotes from Ishaan’s life but there was one that really stole all the limelight! Ishaan Khatter Busts Fitness And Food Myths
“Are there any fitness myths that you guys would want to bust?”, asked Kamiya Jani. To this, Ishaan replies that eating less is not necessarily the right way to go. He says, “It’s important to eat nutritious food, you know it’s very important to eat nutritious food, so that your metabolism, energy level, everything is at a good state, so you can then burn that correctly. Also another myth I would like to bust is to not consume fat.”
He adds, “Although for males and females alike, but especially for males, I have realised, from my experience, it’s important to have good fat. For our hormones to stay in check, so for all of that, good fat you must consume.”
Ishaan’s Eat Clean, Train Dirty Mantra
Ishaan didn’t just bust fitness myths in the latest episode of Sunday Brunch. The actor also explained how he lives by the mantra eat clean and train hard. According to Ishaan, eating necessary and nutritious food is a must, however, training and exercising are also a must. And even though he has a sweet tooth, Ishaan Khatter tries to train as hard and eat as cleanly as possible. Totally inspiring, we say!
