Jennifer Winget On Being A Shy School Kid

While conversing about school days and childhood love stories, Jennifer Winget disclosed that she was an introvert in her growing-up years. As a result, she wasn’t big on human interactions and just hung out with her two besties at school. The St. Xavier’s High School alumnus was a geek and books slowly became her best friends.

The ‘Dill Mill Gayye’ actor said, “I was such a geek in school. I barely spoke to people; I was actually very shy and just kept to myself.” The actor was great academically and enrolled herself at the prestigious K. J. Somaiya College of Engineering for further studies, all while juggling an acting career on television.

It was only after a few months of college that Jennifer realised acting was her true calling! Thus, she went on to become a household name by starring in those popular daily soaps.
