The crown jewel of the trio? Jumeirah Asora Bay, a chic hybrid of hotel and residences on the sun-kissed peninsula of La Mer South. Scheduled to open in 2029, this boutique-style escape will feature 103 rooms, suites, and 20 private villas.

Next door, things get even swankier with Jumeirah Residences Asora Bay. A joint venture with Meraas. This ultra-exclusive enclave includes only 29 residences. Expect jaw-dropping four- to six-bedroom apartments, a jaw-on-the-floor seven-bedroom penthouse, and six ocean villas perched on a hillside. Yes, that means uninterrupted sea views and Dubai skyline panoramas from your living room.

The location, the design, and the service all scream “next level.” And since it’s Jumeirah, you can bet they’ll deliver on both meaning and style.

Emirates Towers, Reimagined For Residential Glam

The third gem in this luxe trio is Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers. Forget your average high-rise, this one’s made for modern city living with a splash of grandeur. The development boasts 754 units, ranging from cosy one-bedrooms to family-sized four-bedrooms.

But wait, there’s more. Residents will enjoy top-tier facilities: a padel court for the sporty types, fitness studios to keep your gains going, a swanky co-working lounge, a private cinema for film buffs, and a pool terrace along.

The brand recently stepped into Africa with Jumeirah Thanda Island in Tanzania and Jumeirah Thanda Safari in South Africa. Back home, they launched the dreamy Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, a lifestyle hub blending luxe stays, plush homes, and fancy shopping.
