Bollywood actors generally invest most of their money in real estate. Well, after all, real estate is said to be one of the best and smartest investments. Joining the bandwagon is actress Kajol. She has invested in a lavish office priced at ₹7.64 crore, which is spread across 2,095 square feet. The office is located in Oshiwara, Mumbai, in the Signature building.

The office is on the eighth level and has a 1904-square-foot RERA carpet area. It also includes three designated parking spots. According to registration paperwork seen by Propstack.com, the actress paid a stamp duty of Rs. 45.84 lakh for the transaction recorded on August 25.
Ajay Devgn, Kajol’s husband, paid 45 crore for two office spaces in the same Signature building off Veera Desai Road on April 19. The actor had invested in two apartments on the 17th floor and three on the 16th floor. There are apartments on the 16th and 17th floors, totaling 13,298 square feet between them. The carpet area of the apartments on the 16th floor is 8,405 square feet. (As per Hindustan Times)

The Building Has Many Famous Offices

The one purchased by Kajol fetched a rate of 36,400 per sq ft on the built-up area, while the five office units purchased by Devgn were purchased at a rate of 33,907 per sq ft. Veer Savarkar Projects Pvt Ltd developed the Signature building.
The 21-storey Lotus Grandeur, where various offices of movie and television production companies, including director Sajid Nadiawala’s organization, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, Reliance Entertainment Studios, and others, are located, is near the under-construction Signature tower.
On the professional front, Kajol has roles in the Netflix anthology “Lust Stories 2” and “The Trial,” a Disney+ Hotstar adaptation of the popular American television series “The Good Wife. She is working on the film “Do Patti” alongside Kriti Sanon. Do Patti, which is co-produced by Sanon and Kathha Pictures, was written by Kanika Dhillon.
