Chef Prateek Sadhu, the visionary behind NAAR, is renowned for his innovative approach to Himalayan cuisine. NAAR, meaning ‘fire’ in Kashmiri, is a homage to the mountain regions and their deeply rooted culinary traditions. At NAAR, Chef Sadhu blends ancient flavours with modern techniques, creating dishes that reflect his connection to the Himalayas. 

This upcoming pop-up at JW Marriott Kolkata will bring a slice of this unique Himalayan-forward cuisine to the city, offering guests a chance to taste the spirit of the mountains through Chef Sadhu’s signature dishes.
