Kamiya Jani, Samay Raina, Tanmay Bhat & Bhuvan Bam Will Be On KBC 16
With India’s biggest and most loved social media sensations coming on the show tomorrow, there’s no reason to stop everything you’re doing and stay glued to your TV screens at 9 PM sharp tomorrow. A promo posted by the channel on Instagram has Samay Raina and Tanmay Bhat placed on the hot seat. Bhuvan Bam and Kamiya Jani are seated in the audience.
Samay is seen asking Amitabh to perform his popular dialogue from Shahenshah. Only to have Samay reply wittily that he expects the superstar to give him a part of his wealth. Amitabh Bachchan, breaking into laughter, admits it’s the most he has laughed on show in 25 years!
To watch the magic, masti and mulakat with Amitabh Bachchan, tune into Sony TV at 9 PM this Friday to know whether Curly Tales’s Editor-in-Chief Kamiya Jani will become a crorepati on KBC 16.
Kamiya Shares Her Experience On The Show
When it comes to sharing the stage with India’s legend, Amitabh Bachchan, our Editor-in-Chief, shares, “Amitabh Bachchan Sir was jovial, humble and put us at ease as he could sense how nervous we all were before the show. He knew what we were going through and that’s why he approached us backstage to talk to us before the show.”
“I usually don’t get nervous, but I was very nervous around him. For the first 5 to 10 minutes, I was shivering on the hot seat and went blank in front of Mr. Bachchan. He was so interested in our journey and made us feel very comfortable.”
“I Enjoyed My Time On KBC As A Participant & Audience”
Sharing the stage with Samay Raina, Tanmay Bhatt, and Bhuvan Bam made the episode exciting for her. Kamiya says, “When I heard the line-up, I was very excited as they all are accomplished content creators and extremely funny. While they all are known for their funny bone, I’m yet to tap into that side of mine as they all are stand-up comedians and I come from a different background. I was initially nervous about matching up to their energy levels.”
“On the day of the shoot, it was really good to meet them. Samay even told me that he watches my show, so, that was the icing on the cake. I truly enjoyed my time on KBC not just as a participant but as an audience too.”
She gratefully says, “I’m glad I could represent our Curly Tales community. When I wanted to create food and travel content, I approached TV channels to start a show, but they said it wouldn’t work. Thankfully, YouTube gave me a chance to start my own show, and today, this family is 15 million strong right across all social media platforms.”
