Huom Culinary Canvas and Le Cordon Bleu are together bringing exclusive gourmet experiences to Dubai. Yes, you can sign up for the series of exclusive events that’s happening in the emirate on April 11 and 12. This includes hands-on workshops, live demos, and a special open house, all of which have been designed to spark your passion for food and cooking.
This is a famous experience, and it’s a two-day event that kicks off with an immersive workshop. It is led by Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef Fabrice
Monperrus. So, during the event, you will get a sneak peek behind the artistry of the iconic ‘Poulet Reine Elizabeth,’ which is Coronation Chicken.

It was originally created by the Le Cordon Bleu London Institute and a prestigious institution for the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II in 1953. In fact, the event also offers participants a chance to refine their cooking skills. Moreover, they will also get to learn from the industry’s finest chefs. Later in the evening, there will be a ‘Black Cherry Soufflé Demonstration’ that allows participants to gain exclusive knowledge of French Patisserie techniques.
Coming to Day 2, aspiring chefs and culinary enthusiasts can get an exclusive look at their facility. Not to mention, they can also go through the courses that are offered at Le Cordon Bleu. The event highlights the diverse opportunities that are available at this institute, which is known for its world-class education in modern and classical French cuisine.
