The Culinary Magic Of This Restaurant

Tunday Kababi’s origins stem from a fantastic story about a toothless Nawab and his quest for the best kebabs. Haji Murad Ali, often known as “Tunday” due to his hand deformity, created the famed soft, melt-in-the-mouth Galouti kebabs. The secret to their unparalleled softness lies not just in the marinade but also in the meticulous preparation process. The meat is pounded until it reaches the perfect consistency, ensuring that each bite is a burst of savoury delight. Served with a side of ultra-thin, crisp parathas, these kebabs are a testament to Lucknow’s royal culinary traditions.

As the fragrant Galouti kebabs and aromatic biryanis make their way to homes across Delhi, Tunday Kababi is a delight for food lovers in the capital.
