Mumbaikers, get ready to take your taste buds on a delicious trip to the lush hills of the Northeast without even leaving your home. A brand new cloud kitchen, Akhoi, is bringing the rich and soulful flavours of Manipur straight to your doorstep. It is a deeply personal project by Lin Laishram, a Mumbai-based actress, who turned her longing for home-cooked meals into something truly special.

Akhoi Cloud Kitchen Brings Manipuri Flavours To Mumbai

After spending nearly two decades in Mumbai, Lin Laishram found herself craving the food she grew up eating in Manipur. She was yearning for flavours that reminded her of her roots. And what started as cooking for herself and friends soon became a full-blown mission. She was dedicated to bringing authentic Manipuri cuisine to Mumbai, a city that’s always looking for something new and exciting. And then, Akhoi was born. It is not just a kitchen but a celebration of Manipur’s heritage and flavour.

Akhoi is a cloud kitchen that is bringing Manipur’s regional recipes to Mumbai. Made with carefully sourced ingredients from both Mumbai and Manipur, every dish offers a chance to take a nostalgic journey. The talented team of chefs reimagines the traditional recipes with a modern flair, offering the best creations to Mumbaikars.
