Tusshar Kapoor Shared All About His Life In USA
Our conversation with Tusshar Kapoor was extremely insightful as he shared a lot of memories from his childhood. When he moved from Pali Hill to Juhu as a 13-year-old, naturally, he struggled to adjust to the difference in cultures. When he lived in a building in Pali Hill, he had many friends he used to play with every evening. On the other hand, he moved to a bungalow in Juhu and turned into a loner. However, he really started enjoying himself when he moved to the US after 12th standard.
he shared that moving abroad was a significant transition in his life. He called it the best phase of his life, even if it was a big change. Moving from a traditional Indian family set-up to ultimately living alone is definitely not an easy change to get used to.
He certainly got used to doing things on his own while living abroad, which became his habit. Even after he had moved back, he wanted to get his first film on his own merit and not take help from his father. Shedding more light on his life in the USA, Tusshar Kapoor shared that he worked as a business analyst after completing his BBA from the University of Michigan. At first, he wanted to pursue a career in the corporate world but ultimately realised that he didn’t enjoy his job and made the decision to move back home.

This Is What He Spent His First Paycheck On
Talking about his work, we were naturally curious to know what his first-ever paycheck was. Tusshar Kapoor revealed that when he used to come back to India for his vacation during college, he interned at Arthur Anderson as a trainee. For that internship, his stipend was ₹5,000, which he gladly spent on partying. However, when he got his first paycheck from working in a film, he followed his mom’s instructions and deposited it in the bank.
