Authorities have strengthened crowd control, medical assistance, sanitation, and security measures in anticipation of the more than one crore pilgrims who are anticipated to gather at the Sangam for the auspicious event.

Crowd Control Measures For The Last Amrit Snan

To guarantee a smooth experience for devotees, the administration has put in place a number of safeguards. Every element is being meticulously watched, from sanitation to traffic control, Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh underlined. To ensure a safe and tranquil Maha Shivratri snan, they are doing everything they can. He told Moneycontrol that the teams are working around the clock to control traffic, handle crowds, and make sure that devotees can take the holy dip without any problems.

The improvements in logistical arrangements were emphasised by Prayagraj District Magistrate Ravindra Kumar Mandar. He told Moneycontrol that in preparation for the final snan, the crowd control strategy has been updated and made more intense. To prevent traffic, more barricades have been erected, more police officers have been sent in, and more entry and departure points have been established.
