The Bollywood duo shared plenty of interesting anecdotes, spoke about their love story, and even revealed their food preferences. Here’s everything that went down in this episode.

This Sunday Brunch was all about warmth and laughter as our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani, enjoyed a hearty meal at the thoughtfully designed Mumbai home of Vivek Agnihotri and Pallavi Joshi. Their home, filled with paintings, art, and sculptures, felt like the perfect space for the hit Bollywood filmmaker and his wife. Before the brunch began, the couple opened up about their life and shared stories with the Curly Tales team. Naturally, the big question came up: how did they meet? Vivek revealed that they first crossed paths at an indie concert through a mutual friend, and since then, they have been living a beautiful love story. Talking about their love story, Vivek Agnihotri also shared some of the most popular dating spots in Bhopal, which were favourites back in the day.

Nostalgia, Dating Spots & Bhopal Memories

Hailing from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, Vivek Agnihotri grew nostalgic as he spoke about the city’s popular dating spots. He especially mentioned Top N Town Ice Cream. When our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani, revealed she had recently visited, Vivek laughed and said, “Top N Town me hee toh ladkiyo ko pataya jaata hai” (Top N Town was the place to impress girls). His playful remark left everyone laughing. He fondly recalled how the place was a major crowd-puller, where many young boys and girls gathered back in the day.

Vivek also shared that the Lake Drive was considered one of the most romantic spots in Bhopal, saying, “Saari ishq mohabbat wahi hoti hai” (All the love stories happen there). He further added that Arera Hills and VIP Road were also favourites among couples.

Before digging into the Sunday brunch spread, Vivek revealed that he is a pure vegetarian who avoids processed or heavily advertised food. The couple also shared many more fascinating details about their lives, making the conversation even more engaging.
