Malaika Arora Launches The Scarlett House With Her Son

Malaika Arora recently launched a restaurant The Scarlett House in collaboration with her son Arhaan Khan. The chic eatery in Pali Hill, Mumbai, has been the talk of the town as it features her favourite dishes. From Masala Khichdi to Paneer Thecha to Malabar Prawn Curry, recipes from her kitchen are served to your tables. While gorging on the delicious spread laid out in front of her Kamiya and Malaika also bonded over their Chembur connection.

Malaika had a fan interaction call with a Curly Tales follower. New mom Sakina asked Malaika for tips to lose her pregnancy weight. ” You are so young. You will bounce back like this (snaps her fingers),” says Malaika motivatingly. For the first couple of years, spending time with one’s child will keep moms on their toes and help them stay fit.

Actress Advises Parents To Be Their Child’s Best Friend

Sakina also asked her idol Malaika to share a parenting hack. The actress shared, “Always be your son’s best friend. Then he will tell you everything. You don’t have to worry about asking his friend or the driver for information about him.” To be your child’s best friend, Malaika feels it’s important to listen to your child without judging them. The minute you say, “I told you so” and chide them for their decisions, then it won’t be a safe and healthy space for your children to open up.
