Malavika Mohanan Prefers To Eat With Her Hands
Stepping into Malavika’s home was like visiting Kerala. With wooden accents, high ceilings and hints of tradition at every corner, this home had a completely unique vibe. Understandably, we were even more eager to indulge in Kerala’s culture with some authentic food prepared at her home. Finally, a delicious spread of mee curry, nadan kozhi curry, fish fry, Kerala brown rice, appam, puri, raita, and sambar. Every dish on the table had us jumping in our seats, eager to dig in.
We were curious to know if Malavika Mohanan prefers to eat with her hands, like a true Desi. Guess what? She does! Malavika shared that she is a true believer in eating with her hands and not using cutlery. She believes that the food actually tastes better when she uses her hands.
She even revealed that she gets yelled at by her parents whenever she uses her hands to eat at a fancy place and that happens quite often. Getting inspired for her, Kamiya also ditched her spoon and relished every bite of this feast with her hands.

She Runs Into Ayushmann Khurrana Often
We were so pleased with all the delicious dishes cooked by Malavika’s mother, that we wanted to know if she ever had friends from Bollywood dropping by to taste the food. Malavika Mohanan revealed that she has been friends with Vicky Kaushal since her childhood, as they grew up in the same building. She shared that he drops by sometimes, only to enjoy the food.
She even bumps into Ayushmann Khurrana in life or at the gym every now and then, as they live in the same building.
