Malavika Mohanan Massages Her Face With This Oil
We hosted a live fan interaction session during our Sunday Brunch with actor Malavika Mohanan. Her fan Mamta from Kerala connected with the actress on video call. Her fan wanted to know Malavika’s beauty secret. Malavika Mohanan revealed that for Malayali women, their good skin and hair can be attributed to the food they eat. “Diet always contributes so much to these things more than beauty fads or any kind of hacks,” says Malavika.
“I think eating healthy and making sure I get some exercise every day, keeps the blood running, keeps the skin looking flushed and radiant,” she adds. Malavika explains that the simpler things that involve discipline and consistency make a difference. One thing that Malavika reveals is that she uses a lot of Kumkumadi Oil. Malavika and her mum massage their faces with Kumkumadi Oil, which is an Ayurvedic oil made of saffron extract. And that’s great for texture and skin radiance, believes the actor.
