In yet another similarly concerning incident, a person from Telangana stated that he found bugs in his chicken biryani ordered on Swiggy. Here’s how the brand responded.

At a small cafe in Pune, I found a cockroach in my coffee. Well, the servers didn’t charge me for it. But they laughed it off and took it lightly. This attitude from restaurateurs and people working in the hospitality and food and beverage industries needs to change. Have you ever faced such horrific incidents of your food being contaminated?
