When Jaiswal finally tracked down the rider, he was met with a shocking sight: the delivery partner was casually consuming the customer’s food.

Jaiswal’s confrontation was met with astonishing nonchalance. The rider’s response, a brazen “Haan toh karte raho jo karna hai,” encapsulates a blatant disregard for the customer.
