Man Reaches Wrong Mumbai Airport Terminal, Says PM Modi Should Know How Common People Are Harassed

A man who was on his way to board a flight from Mumbai Airport to Bengaluru, reached the wrong terminal. The next thing he did was, record a video detailing his ordeal. He recounted the entire incident, including a mention of Prime Minister Modi. The video went viral in no time after he posted it on his Twitter account, for various reasons. Here is what exactly happened. 

Man Posts A Video After Reaching Wrong Mumbai Airport Terminal

A man, Ujjawal Trivedi, posted a video after reaching the wrong Mumbai Airport terminal before boarding an Akasa Air flight. He said that his ticket showed that his flight would leave from the international airport, but when he reached there, he was asked to board it from the domestic airport. He also had to book a pre-paid taxi to get there. It was extremely difficult for him in the morning. He showed the screenshot of the ticket in the video as well. 

While India is busy holding G20 summits and other functions like that, he said that it is important for our PM to know how common people get harassed over such small things every day. Ujjawal mentioned that he has less luggage with him and that, because he is young and energetic, he could reach the airport. He was concerned that the same thing might happen to a senior citizen.

Both The Airline And The Booking Platform Accepted The Mistake

The video went viral in no time. It has by far garnered 1.3 million views. Many netizens trolled him, saying he did not know how to read a flight ticket. Some also made fun of him for mentioning PM Modi and the G20 Summit in the video, calling it a small incident. 

Akasa Air immediately responded to the video tweeted by Ujjawal. They regretted the inconvenience caused to him at Mumbai airport and asked him to share his booking details with them. After some time, he again tweeted a video where he informed people that Akasa Air and Goibibo responded to him and admitted their mistake. Ujjawal appreciated both of them, and he was happy to use social media as a medium in the right way.
