The entire nation was invested in the Ambani wedding and it was probably one of the most talked-about events in India so far this year. The pre-wedding event, which went on for three days, was covered extensively and witnessed the attendance of the who’s who of international renown. Even people like Ivanka Trump were in attendance. Maria Goretti Warsi, who is a television host and cookbook author, recently spoke up about animal cruelty at the event.

Recently, Ivanka Trump shared a slew of pictures which had some of the highlights from the Ambani wedding. One of the pictures featured an elephant in the background. Maria Goretti, an eminent author and television host, spoke out about the picture.

Taking to her Instagram, she shared an image stating that this image, in particular, appalled her. She said that she found out that the animal was made to stand there for the whole evening like a prop through the loud music and throngs of people.

Goretti said that no animal should go through such an experience but especially not the animals who are being rescued and rehabilitated. She also went on to say that the picture simply broke her heart.

Ivanka Trump’s Experience At The Ambani Wedding

Among the highlights that she shared were pictures of her in a glamorous traditional Indian Manish Malhotra attire. She took to her Instagram account and also posted pictures alongside her husband, Jared Kushner.

There was also one video wherein she and her daughter, Arabella Kushner, were inside a Ferris wheel. The video showed the two of them thoroughly enjoying the ride. She also described her time here as an ‘enchanting weekend.’ Ivanka also gave her heartfelt congratulations to the duo.
