Experience authentic flavours from Rajasthan and exceptional vegetarian thali. - Chefs of Koliwada (September 20; Lunch & Dinner)
The Chefs of Koliwada is an initiative by The Heritage Project, an NGO seeded by RPG – a foundation aiming to revive and preserve the cultural heritage of the Koli community. - Kopitam Lah (September 24; Lunch & Dinner)
Bangalore’s Malaysian traditional coffee shop, Kopitam Lah comes here to create a timeless space for inspiring gastronomy. - Chef Vinesh Johny X Chef Varun Totlani (September 27; 8 pm onwards)
Chefs Vinesh Johny and Varun Totlani collaborate to create not one but eight dessert bars–flipping the Masque norm of tasting menus. - Masque’s 8th Birthday Celebration (September 22; Invite-Only)

There’s A New Anniversary Menu & Drinks!
Chef Varun Totlani’s new seasonal menu at Masque is a tribute to Indian ingredients and culinary traditions. Developed through in-depth research at Masque Lab, the 10-course tasting menu exemplifies Masque. The meal is an exploration of India’s rich contrasts: imagine Nawabi lamb floss kebabs that evoke Lucknow’s forgotten royal era or Chhattisgarh’s farra, crafted with the finest black rice from Manipur. The South Indian segment features a sunchoke ghassi paired with podi, cashew chutney, and a koji dosa with chilli achar, straight from the Masque Lab’s kitchen. A crunchy garnish made from red ants pays homage to the tribal communities in Chhattisgarh, while the meal concludes with a decadent nod to India’s most indulgent bread-based desserts.
Throughout September, Masque’s award-winning beverage team has curated a special cocktail program. Expert mixologist Ankush Gamre is set to bring his A-game, crafting locally-inspired cocktails that showcase the best of Indian flavours.
