Bengaluru! Are you ready for the biggest queer festival in India? Maya Bazaar is all set to make a comeback this month. With more than 150 stalls, live entertainment and riveting panel discussions, Maya Bazaar will be the largest most inclusive space in the country. Taking place at the Jayamahal Palace Hotel Grounds, it will go on for two days — September 28, 2024, and September 29, 2024. This year, India’s latest LGBTQIA+ festival is aiming to expand its reach to Dalit, Bahujan, and Adivasi or DBA communities.

What is more, it will also be open for pets. Yes, you read that right The festival will have a dedicated play area where your furry friends can let loose. As for you, there will be more than 150 stalls owned by queer-owned, women-owned and ally-owned businesses.

Other Important Details To Know About This Queer Festival

If that is not enough there will also be a number of live performances by a wide array of queer artists. From poetry to music and even comedy, Maya Bazaar has something for everyone. If you’re more intellectually inclined, there will also be lively panel discussions on ‘Pride Meets Purpose.’
