MC Square Talked About His Seniors’ School Farewell Party

Remember those blissful school days when some mischievous kids were often called to the Principal’s office? Lengthy lectures, calls to parents, written apologies and whatnot followed. However, MC Square received an apology letter from his school instead!

Known for his popular songs—Ram Ram, Laado, and Gurjari among others, MC Square touched upon a memorable incident from his school days. The rapper intended to perform the song Mockingbird by Eminem during the farewell party of his seniors. He had practised the entire song but the school forbid him from performing it on stage.

MC Square was deeply offended as he wasn’t allowed to showcase his talent. He was fuming after this incident but never voiced it to the school authorities. However, when he won the MTV reality talent show, ‘Hustle 2.0,’ he was invited to his school to give a speech. He still felt wronged for being denied the right to showcase his talent so he refused to go back.
