The Michelin Guide is a prestigious list that names some of the best restaurants in the city. And recently, the fourth edition of the Michelin Guide Dubai was hosted at the Address Sky View Hotel. During the event, 119 establishments made it to the selection. These places cover more than 35 types of cuisine, which shows the wide and vibrant gastronomic scene of the multicultural city.
Michelin Guide 2025 Lists 119 Restaurants In Dubai
During the event held at the Address Sky View, 119 establishments were recognised for their brilliant offerings. In fact, two restaurants in Dubai were awarded three Michelin stars for the first time in the city’s historical culinary scene. Yes, one of them is Tresind Studio, which has been a frequent name in the guide. The other name is FZN by Björn Frantzén, which earned three Michelin stars and is a new addition to the guide. Not only this, this year, the Michelin Guide added two new one-Michelin-Star restaurants and five new Bib Gourmand restaurants.
14 Restaurants Make It To One-Star List
Coming to the two new restaurants, Jamavar Dubai has also joined the list for the 2025 selection, and it has received one Michelin star. Manāo is another one-Michelin-star establishment that serves Thai cuisine. So now, 14 restaurants hold one Michelin star distinction in the city, and they are as follows:

Five New Names On The Bib Gourmand Selection
Coming to the Bib Gourmand selection, five new restaurants have made it to the list. They are as follows – DUO Gastrobar-Creek Harbour in Dubai Hills, Harummanis, Hawkerboi, Khadak, and Sufret Maryam, talking about the complete list of 22 restaurants, they are as follows:
