As revealed on its Instagram, Waterfront Market has a beautifully decorated rangoli that it is displaying ahead of the festival. In fact, another publication, Day of Dubai, mentions how this is the largest rangoli of spices in Dubai, and it has been created using more than 60 kg of aromatic spices. Think cinnamon, chilli, coriander, cloves, and turmeric, all of these have been used to create these unique spices that are not just beautiful, but also spread a rich aroma the moment one walks in.
It’s At The Waterfront Market
This is a 6 x 6 m Rangoli and will be on display till October 26. During the grand and wheeling of the Rangoli, several notable dignitaries were present. And this event forms part of the DFRE’s city-wide Festival of Lights celebrations. Truly an artistic masterpiece, the beautiful rangoli made from spices reimagines the Indian tradition of using natural ingredients. As it happens, this gorgeous rangoli also reinstates Dubai’s essence as a multicultural destination
