As revealed in a report of the Gulf News, Ras Al Khaimah Police has said that while camping is an opportunity to immerse oneself in the natural surroundings, it must offer mutual respect and ensure there is public safety. So, campers have been urged to limit the noise levels. Yes, this includes loud music and conversations. After all, this tranquillity is one of the main reasons why people choose outdoor camping areas. Excessive noise can disturb other visitors who are seeking peace.

Campers have also been advised to ensure that they maintain adequate space between the tents. Not to mention, this also extends to vehicles and caravans, so that there are no accidents and there is privacy for all the groups while ensuring the protection of property. Additionally, the police have also said that while using bikes or motorbikes, one must wear protective helmets at all times. After all, this significantly reduces the risk of serious injuries.

Other Rules To Know Of
Other important rules to know of are as follows:
- Vehicles should not be parked in such a way that it blocks tracks or pathways in the camping areas. After all, in case of an emergency, it can cause a delay, posing a risk to the pedestrian and drivers.
- Speed near families must be reduced. So more have been asked to slow down and drive cautiously in order to prevent accidents.
- Children must be properly seated inside the vehicle at all times. If children are allowed to lean out of the window, it can cause serious injuries in case of sudden stops or even sharp turns.
- Make sure to use light and warning signals. Campers have been urged to activate vehicle lights and warning signals. This is especially during the night and in low visibility areas, so that the presence is clearly visible.
