Getting from a marina to a yacht in Dubai is about to become a lot easier. Dubai has taken its booming luxury marine scene to another level with a new 24/7 transfer service for guests travelling to and from private boats and visiting yachts. Guests can now move between selected marinas and vessels without arranging transport separately or dealing with last-minute logistics.

New 24/7 Yacht Transfer Service Connects Dubai’s Marinas and Private Vessels

For people arriving on luxury yachts, especially those visiting from overseas, that could make the experience feel a little smoother from the moment they step ashore.

The new service, called Dubai Sea Guests Pick-Up and Drop-Off, will operate 24 hours a day at participating marinas.

Yacht Owners And Guests Will Have More Flexibility

It covers yachts and private marine vessels registered in Dubai, as well as foreign yachts with permission to sail in local waters.

Owners and operators will still need to meet certain requirements, including providing ownership documents and permits where needed. Authorities say the checks are there to keep operations safe and organised rather than slow things down.

Some Of Dubai’s Biggest Marinas Are Already On Board

Several well-known marinas have already joined the programme. Among them are Port Rashid Marina, Jumeirah 1 Marina, Dubai Harbour Marina and JA Hotel Marina.

For many yacht owners, these locations are already regular stopping points, so adding a direct transfer service makes practical sense. Also, having multiple pick-up points spread across the city could make moving guests around much easier during busy periods.

Dubai’s Marine Sector Keeps Getting Bigger

Dubai’s yachting industry has been growing steadily for years. The emirate now has almost 3,500 registered private marine vessels and more than 20 marinas offering over 4,200 berths for boats and yachts of different sizes.

Many of those spaces were built with luxury vessels in mind. The city is also seeing increasing interest from international yacht owners. During 2025 alone, authorities received 210 applications from foreign yachts seeking permission to enter Dubai waters.
