2. Dubai Maritime Authority Launches Dock & Dine Initiative

Dubai Maritime Authority recently launched the dock and dine initiative. This initiative aims to enhance short-stay yachting visits. With 20 of the top marinas and marine stations included, it represents a comprehensive marina dining concept. Giving access to a curated selection of restaurants, cultural attractions, entertainment, and luxury hotels in the city, guests will be able to sail to different docks and restaurants. While they’re at it, they can also enjoy a diverse range of cuisines all served in a beautiful setting.

3. Saudi Arabia Participates In The European Junior Olympiad

For the first time ever, Saudi Arabia has participated in the European Junior Olympiad in Informatics 2025. This is the ninth edition of the tournament and is happening in the city of Shumen, Republic of Bulgaria. Taking place until September 4th, 2025, the event is saying white participation.

4. Kuwait Announces Holiday In The Last Week Of Ramadan

The Ministry of Education in Kuwait has announced that the last week of Ramadan will be granted as a holiday to students, teachers and administrative staff. This will be done without there being any reduction in the number of school days. As it happens, the development comes under a new five-year academic calendar, which was recently approved by the education minister.
