As per the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who is the Prime Minister and Vice President of the UAE and the Ruler of Dubai, 14 new investment and commercial opportunities have been launched in Hatta. These opportunities are to be offered through the Dubai Municipality. And the aim is to empower local citizens by way of job opportunities. 14 New Investment Opportunities At Hatta Sustainable Waterfalls Project
As mentioned in a report by the Dubai Media Office, the Dubai Municipality aims to create commercial and investment opportunities. This is at the Hatta Sustainable Waterfalls Project, and through this, a sustainable economy and social development will take place in the region. As it happens, all the retail spaces at the waterfall will be given to the Emiratis who reside in Hatta. This will be free of charge for the period of one year. As a result, they will be provided with the springboard for small businesses. Not to mention, productive families will get the opportunity to grow within one of the most scenic destinations in the nation.

An Initiative For Emiratis
As it happens, the initiative also supports the Dubai 2040 urban master plan. Not to mention, it supports the Hatta Development Master Plan by creating investment opportunities for citizens. An area that spans 750 m², this will offer new investment opportunities. These include four restaurants, six food & beverage kiosks, and four retail stores.
As a result, the spaces will give a variety of experiences. You can expect everything from Emirati and Arabic to Western and traditional cuisines! Besides this, there will also be local cafes, souvenir & gift shops, and equipment rentals to truly make it a great experience for visitors. With the aim of stimulating tourism, local culture will also be supported through this project.
Interested citizens have been invited to submit their applications at www.dm.gov.ae/business, and selection will then be based on the clear eligibility criteria that have been set by the evaluation committee.
It’s truly a great opportunity for people to grow as Hatta Sustainable waterfalls are going to be a major tourist attraction. It is located in the Hatta Dam area and will feature cascading water from the upper dam of the Hatta Hydroelectric Plant.
