Wicked The Musical is finally taking to the stage in the UAE for the first time. To be presented by Dubai Opera and Broadway Entertainment, it will be a series of performances starting from January 28th to February 15th, 2026. However, it’s important to know when the tickets for this musical go on sale. And as you might have already guessed, it’s a part of brand new season by Dubai Opera!
It should be noted that not just Wicked, but there will be many shows that will be taking to the stage at Dubai Opera during the 2025/2026 Season, including Grease and Romi: The Musical. Doesn’t it all sound amazing? It’s truly going to be a season brimming with some of the most fantastic shows!

What Is The Story Of Wicked?
In case you are still living under a rock and are not aware, Wicked follows the story of Elpheba and Glenda. This tale relays how an unlikely friendship forms between the two while they spend time at Shizz University. As it happens, not just this iconic show, but Dubai Opera will also be hosting a multitude of cultural programmes. Yes, for the new season, you can expect La Bohème, by Giacomo Puccini, which will also begin the season. This iconic venue in Dubai will also be hosting the Comedy Festival in October.
