When Dubai says “bigger and better,” it means it. Global Village, the city’s most loved family hotspot, is gearing up for its Season 30, opening on October 15, and it’s not just back, it’s evolved. This time, think new attractions, smarter experiences, and visual upgrades that’ll make even regular visitors pause and go, “Hold on, that wasn’t here last year!”

Global Village Season 30 Returns With Thrills, Flavours & Fresh Magic

A Stroll Through the Gardens of the World

First stop: the Gardens of the World. It’s Global Village’s newest little escape, tucked quietly between the Egypt and Iran pavilions. The Gardens of the World is bursting with colour, bright blooms, clever landscaping, and mini landmarks that feel like a world tour in a few steps.

Families can stroll around, catch their breath, maybe even park themselves on a bench for a quiet chat before heading back into the whirlwind of rides, shopping sprees, and, let’s be honest, yet another shawarma stop.

And honestly, that’s the beauty of it. Amid all the buzz and excitement, this garden gives you something rare in Dubai’s most happening park, a slice of serenity.

Enter the Dragon: A New Adventure Awaits

For thrill-seekers, The Dragon Kingdom is the headline act. Picture this: an interactive walkthrough that whisks you straight into the mythical world of Blackstone Hollow. Here, you’ll help Ignis, the last dragon, reclaim his lost powers. The journey winds through 11 themed rooms, from enchanted forests to fiery caverns, where puzzles and clues draw you deeper into the story.

It’s immersive, cinematic, and a little addictive, one of those “let’s go again” experiences that’ll keep families hooked.

Smarter Navigation, More Play, Less Stress

Let’s face it , Global Village can be overwhelming if you don’t know where you’re going. This year, that problem’s sorted. New Way Finding screens across the park will guide you to your next bite, show, or ride without the usual wandering around in circles.

Then there’s the cute new idea, S30 Passports. Guests can now collect stamps from every pavilion, turning each visit into a personal keepsake. It’s a small touch, but one that’ll get both kids and adults into the explorer spirit.

For The Little Wonderers At Global Village Season 30

Later in the season, The Little Wonderers at Carnaval® will open, a full-on indoor playground made just for kids. Expect neon-lit tunnels, obstacle courses, slides, and climbing structures that scream fun and adventure. It’s colourful, safe, and promises to keep the little ones busy while parents grab a coffee or sneak in some shopping.

Big Upgrades, Bigger Spectacles For Global Village Season 30

Season 30 also comes with major visual upgrades. The Dragon Lake, famous for its record-breaking underwater screen, is getting a sharper, brighter replacement, and that dragon? It’s levelling up too, with brand-new fire effects that’ll turn heads after sunset.

The Main Stage is back with more seats, bigger acts, and production value that feels concert-level. Expect cultural performances, live shows, and plenty of energy under Dubai’s night sky.

Fresh Entrances, Flavour Streets & Dessert Dreams

Visitors entering from the Sharjah or Abu Dhabi gates will notice fresh arches and themed tunnels, especially the revamped Sharjah Tunnel, now bursting with colour and light. Fiesta Street is growing, adding to the buzz around Global Village’s 200+ dining spots. Meanwhile, the Railway Market is being reimagined as the Dessert District, all the nostalgia, now with a modern twist (and plenty of Instagram bait).

Happiness Street gets a cheerful new canopy, while the much-loved Road of Asia makes a comeback as Asia Boulevard, showcasing the region’s vibrant cuisines and cultures.
