Grand Millennium Hotel Dubai has introduced Zaya, Dubai’s first hotel-created AI influencer, and unlike a customer support chatbot or booking assistant, she has been designed as a digital personality whose job is to share life inside the hotel with online audiences.

Hotels have used artificial intelligence for years, mostly behind the scenes. It helps with operations, bookings and customer service.

Travellers Want Novelty In Terms Of Content

Zaya has been created to act like a regular content creator. She will post about experiences around the hotel, highlight dining spots and showcase activities available to guests.

According to the hotel, she is meant to feel like someone who is always there. A permanent insider who knows every corner of the property and never misses an event. For many people, that’s an interesting shift. Instead of inviting influencers for short visits, the hotel now has a digital ambassador that remains connected to the brand all year round.

Food, Nightlife And Staycations Will Be In Focus

A large part of Zaya’s content will revolve around the hotel’s food and entertainment offerings.

Followers can expect updates featuring meals at Toshi, evenings at Lucky Voice, drinks at Belgian Beer Cafe and cocktail experiences at Crystal Bar.

The AI influencer is also expected to feature the hotel’s spa facilities, swimming pool, wellness spaces and nearby attractions. The aim is to give viewers a fuller picture of what a stay at the property feels like.

Also, the content will follow the typical guest journey, from checking in and exploring the hotel to relaxing and heading home.
