1. Three New Areas Coming To Harry Potter Land At Warner Bros. Yas Island

Miral, in collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences, has revealed how three new areas inspired by Harry Potter will be added. These are coming to Warner Bros. Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. The project will be completed by 2029, and it will contribute towards enhancing the tourism and entertainment landscape in the emirate.

2. His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik Hosts Official Dinner At Al Hussain Palace

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, as revealed in Oman Observer, hosted an official dinner at Al Hosn Palace on Monday, September 7th. This was an honour for President Paul Kagame of the Republic of Rwanda. He was on an official visit to the Sultanate of Oman. Before the dinner, His Majesty and the President even exchanged commemorative gifts as a testament to the enduring friendship between the countries

3. Kuwait Police Arrested Three Reckless Drivers & Crushed Their Vehicles

In a report by Kuwait Times, it was revealed that the police arrested three reckless drivers and crushed their vehicles according to the state traffic law. This arrest came after a video which circulated on social media showed them drifting on a public road. The suspects were then identified, arrested, and sent to the relevant authorities.

4. Red Sea Global Unveils Nammos Resort AMAALA

The Red Sea Global recently announced the opening of Nammos Resort AMAALA. This marks the launch of Nammos’ first resort hotel globally. For those who aren’t aware, it is a significant addition to the growing lifestyle and hospitality offerings at AMAALA. For those who are not aware, it is set along the shores of Triple Bay and offers panoramic views of the Red Sea. The resort has 110 keys and 20 private residences.

5. Oman Sets EV Charging Fees

The Sultanate of Oman has set EV charging fees from October 1st onwards. Basically, they would be paying between 50 and 120 baisa per kilowatt-hour. It would depend on the capacity and speed of the charger. As mentioned by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, the new tariff structure is in coordination with the Authority for Public Services Regulation and the Oman Net Zero Centre.
