2. Oman Bans Unlabelled Soft Drinks Sale & Distribution
As revealed in a report by the Gulf News, the Tax Authority in Oman has announced that from November 1, 2025, soft drinks, energy drinks, and other select products will no longer be allowed to be up for sale or distribution without the official distinctive mark. Yes, they will be banned from the sultanate. This measure aims to ensure that there is product safety, quality, and compliance with the national standards, with the aim being to protecting consumers from unverified goods. So, distributors and retailers have been urged to verify these products and ensure that they carry the required mark.
3. ACI Accessibility Enhancement Expedition Earned By King Fahd Airport
The Saudi Press Agency revealed in a report that the King Fahd International Airport in Dammam has won Level 1 Accessibility Enhancement Accreditation from the ACI. As a result, it has become the first airport in Saudi Arabia to win such recognition. Additionally, it reflects the airport’s commitment towards ensuring the airport facilities meet the highest standards and offer a seamless and inclusive travel experience for passengers.

As revealed by the Dubai Media Office, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who is the Crown Prince of Dubai, recently chaired the second 2025 meeting of the Higher Committee for Future Technology Development and the Digital Economy. During this meeting, he approved several new AI initiatives! These were approved to accelerate Dubai’s adoption of future technologies and drive digital transformation across key sectors of the emirate.

5. 55,000 People Visited Abu Dhabi Government Pavilion At GITEX Global

These record visitors were welcomed during the GITEX Global 2025, which recently concluded.
