1. Rains To Persist In Eastern Region Of UAE

There could be light to moderate south-easterly to north-easterly winds. So stronger winds could accompany the clouds that could raise dust and sand, as a result, reducing visibility.
2. UAE And Egypt Sign Deal To Expand Air Services
Travellers who fly between the UAE and Egypt might soon be able to see more flight options. Yes, this can happen in the coming years as the two countries have agreed to gradually increase bilateral air traffic rights. The MoU was signed on the sidelines of the 11th ICAO AFI Week Cairo. So, this agreement has set out a framework that aims to expand air services in line with the growing demand for passenger travel.
3. Hajj Ministry Launches Portal For Streamlining Partners Integration
Ministry of Hajj & Umrah has launched a digital portal. This has been designed to manage and coordinate integration with government and private entities locally and globally. This portal is known by its Arabic name, Takamulat. It offers a unified digital solution supporting the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. It would streamline integration with the ministry’s digital services and enhance operational efficiency
4. Abu Dhabi And Doha Grand Prix-Related Decision To Happen In September
Stefano Domenicali, who is the President and CEO of Formula 1, recently assured that the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is on schedule. This comes despite the ongoing tension in the Middle East. As revealed by the Gulf News, the final call for this will be made in mid-September. Even though the races in Qatar and Abu Dhabi are confirmed. So they will be taking the decision by then, as the situation is not expected to be cleared before the middle of September.

5. A New 8 Km Road Opens In Al Jabal Al Akhdar In Oman
The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology announced on Wednesday, July 29th, that it has opened a new 8 km stretch. Yes, this is on the upgraded Siya-Qutnah Road in Al Jabal Al Akhdar Governorate. The open section forms a part of the 9 km road enhancement project, and it was opened to traffic on July 29th.
