It’s that time of year when Saudi cities turn green, and let’s be honest, the vibe is unmatched. Every mall has a sale, every café whips up themed desserts, and the skies? Well, they’re about to light up like never before. Saudi National Day 2025 falls on Tuesday, 23 September, marking 95 years since the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was officially established. A big deal, right? Naturally, the celebrations like fireworks & naval shows for Saudi National Day are rolling out in style.

Celebrations On Land And Sea
Just when you thought fireworks and air shows were enough, the Kingdom goes ahead and adds a maritime twist. This year, naval shows are officially on the National Day calendar, and they’re free too. Come on, who doesn’t love watching fighter jets fly overhead while naval fleets parade at sea?
- Jeddah – The city is hosting a massive showcase at the Yacht Club from 4 pm to 9 pm. Expect naval fleets, a boat network display, marine commando performances, and even a biker parade by the Western Fleet. Military equipment exhibitions, marching bands, and aerial stunts by the Sea Falcon aircraft will keep your head spinning.
- Jubail – Things kick off earlier here, at 3.45 pm on Fanateer Beach. Jubail’s line-up includes paratrooper jumps, diving shows, folkloric stage performances, and aerial tricks by Super Puma and Sea Falcon aircraft. The sea drone displays are one of the coolest new additions to the day’s programme, and they will be playing till 10 pm.
