Gulf News, in its report, mentioned about South Bay Mall, for which the construction may begin soon. As per the Dubai South properties, it is intended to serve the residents, offering a mix of shopping, dining, and leisure opportunities, which will enhance the community living. At this point, it’s worth mentioning that the mall would cover about 2,00,000 ft.². This would be spread across three levels!
What Does The New Mall Feature?
Featuring open-air walkways and rooftop terraces which overlook the lagoon, the beautiful mall aims to offer a relaxed and scenic environment for the people. Complete with a wide range of facilities, this would include 60 retail outlets, two anchor stores, and even a premium food hall. The additional features at the mall include a gym, spa, clinic, clubhouse, and parking for over 400 vehicles. The mall has been designed to create a vibrant and convenient hub for the Dubai South community.

As it happens, the overall project has been described as a fully integrated community that is focused on well-being and connectivity.
