Sisterhood MC is the biggest all-women motorcycle club in Saudi Arabia. Although it did not start out as a wide-reaching club, it started with just one rider on the streets of Riyadh. But after Dr Roaa Talal realised that there are many women like her who want to experience the incredible feeling of riding the bike and not just alone, but with a group of like-minded members, this idea was born.
And so a supportive space for female riders was created in Riyadh. Although it began with just a few women, today, it’s a growing force of women who wish to join the community.
