1. Atlantis The Royal, Ranked No. 6
The most talked-about ultra-luxe hotel in Dubai has made it to the top 10 of the list. Yes, we are talking about Dubai’s Atlantis The Royal. The hotel has 795 rooms, 16 restaurants, 17 boutiques, and a staggering 90 swimming pools is one of the iconic stays and it opened in 2023. According to the official website of World’s 50 Best, the luxury suites, penthouses, rooftop infinity pool with sea and palm views, and celebrity-chef restaurants make it more resort than a hotel. The hotel has secured 6th position globally and special awards, including Best Hotel in the Middle East and the Lost Explorer Best Beach Hotel 2025.
2. Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, Ranked No. 20
The newly opened Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab has entered the club after its opening in the first quarter of 2025. The yacht-shaped hotel has sea-facing rooms, a private beach, a super-yacht marina and 11 restaurants. According to the National, the hotel has been placed at 20th rank.
3. The Lana, Ranked No. 35
Lana By The Dorchester Collection is also a fairly new hotel in Dubai. Opened in 2024, the hotel offers a more understated luxury instead of maximalism. From relaxed exclusivity to spacious rooms, The Lana is exactly what the list’s judges noted and placed it on No. 35.
