From Friday, October 31 to Saturday, January 10, visitors can stroll through thousands of fluttering flags that together create a breathtaking visual tribute. Whether you’re an early riser catching the sunrise over the Burj or a sunset chaser with your camera ready, the UAE’s spirit of unity is visible through this garden.
A Celebration Of Vision And Legacy
According to a report by TravelsDubai, the installation is part of the Dubai Government’s creative initiative, Brand Dubai, under the wider Zayed and Rashid celebrations. These festivities honour the UAE’s founding fathers. HH Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and HH Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum, whose leadership laid the foundation for the nation’s remarkable journey.
This year, the Flag Garden goes one step further in creativity. From above, the arrangement of flags forms aerial portraits of Sheikh Zayed and Sheikh Rashid, a powerful reminder of their vision and values. It’s an artistic tribute that combines patriotism with innovation.
